مستخلص البحث
هدفت الدراسة :
- التعرف على تأثير آستراتيجية (بديودي) في تعلم مهارة رمي واستلام الطوق مع اداء وثبة الخطوة في الجمناستك الايقاعي
استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي لملاءمتها مع طبيعة المشكلة، إذ تمثل مجتمع البحث بطالبات المرحلة الثالثة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة / الجامعة المستنصرية ، البالغ عددهن (33) طالبة مقسمات عشوائياً بطريقة القرعة وقد تم اختيارالعينة التجريبية والضابطة للبحث بطريقة القرعة أيضاً ، وبلغ عددهم (33) طالبة وتم تقسيمهن الى مجموعتين تجريبية و ضابطة بواقع (15) طالبات لكل مجموعة واستبعاد (3)ليمثلن العينة الاستطلاعية للبحث ،
واستنتج الباحثان :
1- إن لآستراتيجية ( بديودي) تأثيرها الإيجابي على تنمية مهارة الرمي والاستلام الطوق مع اداء وثبة الخطوة لدى المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية.
2- إن لآستخدام آستراتيجية (بديودي) قد وفرت المزيد من الوقت الذي يمكن الإفادة منه في تحقيق أهداف الدرس من دون الحرج من الوقت الذي يمكن آستغلاله في التصحيح والتكرار أكثر.
3- إن لآستخدام التمارين الخاصة باستراتيجية (بديودي)قد أضفت عامل التشويق والأثارة في الدرس إذ ركز الباحثان على جعل أهمية التمرين الواحد تظهر من خلال التنافس والمناقشة بين الطالبات.
يوصي الباحثان :
- إعتماد آستراتيجية (بديودي)التي استخدمتها الباحثة لما أظهرته من نتائج إيجابية في نتائج البحث .
- التنويع في آستخدام التمارين وعدم الإعتماد على التمارين الروتينية التي تلقي بظلال الملل على الطلاب مما يؤدي إلى عدم الإندفاع للاداء وتطوير المهارات .
- الإهتمام بإختيار الآستراتيجية والأسلوب المناسب لكل وحدة تعليمية حتى تحقق الهدف المرجو بصورة صحيحة وسريعة .
