الملخص
لا شك ان عناية العلماء _ المتقدمين والمتأخرين _ بعلم مقاصد الشريعة عناية فائقة، لما لها من إثر كبير في استنباط الأحكام وبيان المصالح المتوخاة من تلك الاحكام، ويرى الدارس لهذا العلم ان العلماء المتقدمون كانت عندهم المادة العلمية أو النظرية والتطبيقية لعلم المقاصد، وقد ذكرت في مؤلفاتهم صراحة أو إشارة، ثم كثرت المؤلفات في علم المقاصد وأفرد المتأخرون مصنفات وأبحاث في هذا العلم دراية منهم في أثره
