دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي وعلاقتها بالتوجه التنافسي ومستوى الأداء الفني لبعض مسكات الهجوم المباشر لمصارعي الحرة الناشئين

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي والتوجه التنافسي وكذلك إلى مسكات الهجوم المباشر بالمصارعة الحرة ، فضلاً عن إيجاد علاقة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي بالتوجه التنافسي ومستوى الأداء الفني لبعض مسكات الهجوم المباشر لمصارعي الحرة الناشئين ، إذ استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالعلاقات الارتباطية لملائمته لحل مشكلة البحث , إذ تكونت عينة البحث من مصارعي محافظة ديالى الناشئين وبواقع ( 20 ) مصارع فضلاً عن استخدام الوسائل والأدوات والأجهزة المناسبة ، وتم إجراء تجربة استطلاعية ، وكذلك إجراء الاختبارات الخاصة في البحث ، وبعد ذلك تم تفريغ البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا , ومن ثم عرضها وتحليلها ومناقشتها , وتوصل الباحث لعدة استنتاجات وهي :
1 . تمتعت عينة البحث بمستوى في دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي بشكل يتلائم مع التوجه التنافسي في المصارعة الحرة .
2 . تمتعت عينة البحث بمستوى في دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي بشكل يتلائم مع مستوى الأداء الفني لمسكات الهجوم المباشر في المصارعة الحرة .
3 . أن دافعية الانجاز لها علاقة معنوية مع التوجه التنافسي وكذلك مع مستوى الأداء الفني لمسكات الهجوم المباشر في المصارعة الحرة .
ومن خلال الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها يوصي الباحث إلى :
1 . ضرورة الاهتمام بالجانب النفسي وبالأخص دافعية الانجاز في تدريبات لاعبي المصارعة .
2 . استخدام الاختبارات المستخدمة في البحث في العملية التدريبية .
3 . إجراء بحوث مشابهه على عينات مختلفة ومهارات أساسية أخرى .
