المشاكل التي تواجه الأندية الرياضية في محافظة ديالى والحلول المقترحة لها

الملخص:
تعد هذه الدراسة كإحدى الدراسات التي تناولت المشاكل التي تواجه الأندية الرياضية في ديالى وتعيق مسيرتها الرياضية نحو تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة، وإن ترك هذه المشكلات دون حلول سريعة ووفق أسس علمية مدروسة، يجعلها تتفاقم وبالتالي تؤثر على تدني المستوى الرياضي والفني للفرق الرياضية بالمحافظة. كما إن وضع الحلول المقترحة كأولويات لمعالجة هذه المشكلات من قبل المسؤولين عن الحركة الرياضية سواء بوزارة الشباب والرياضة واللجنة الأولمبية الوطنية العراقية في ضوء واقعهم وإمكاناتهم. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته مشكلة البحث وأهدافه. واشتملت عينة البحث على بعض من أعضاء الهيئات الإدارية والمدربين واللاعبين لأندية (ديالى، قزانية، المقدادية، الوجيهية، هبهب، الشهيد أركان، جديدة الشط، الزهيرات) واختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية والبالغ عددهم (120) فرداً. بمعدل (3 من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية للنادي و(2) مدرب، و(10) لاعبين) من كل نادي. وأعد الباحثان استمارة استبيان للمشكلات التي تواجه الأندية والرياضية وبعض الحلول المقترحة لها وبعد توزيعها وجمعها تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً للتوصل إلى النتائج ومنها استنتج الباحثان ما يلي: إن المشكلات المالية هي أبرز المشاكل التي تواجه الأندية الرياضية ومنها (قلة المنح المالية والدعم من قبل مجالس المحافظة)، وتليها المشاكل المتعلقة بالإمكانيات والفنية والإدارية ومن ثم الإجتماعية. أما أبرز الحلول التي يوصي بها الباحثان فهي ضرورة زيادة المنح المالية من قبل وزارة الشباب والرياضة ودعم مجلس المحافظة للأندية وإيجاد منافذ للتمويل الذاتي للأندية، فضلاً عن صقل الأدرايين والمدربين بدورات تدريبية خارج القطر، وتعزيز العلاقات بين النادي وأولياء أمور اللاعبين، وتوفير البنى التحتية للأندية من خلال تشجيع الإستثمار فيها من قبل القطاع الخاص.
