اثر منهج تدريبى في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والوظيفية والمهارات الدفاعية بكرة الطاولة لفئة المتقدمين

ملخص البحث
هدف البحث الىالتعرف على اثر منهج تدريبي في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والوظيفية والمهارات الدفاعية بكرة الطاولة لفئة المتقدمين.
استخدمت الباحثات المنهج التجريبي باستخدام التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة،واشتمل مجتمع البحث على لاعبي نادى السليمانية لفئة المتقدمين والتي بلغ عددهم (8) لاعب، وقامت الباحثات باستطلاع رأى الخبراء والمختصين في مجال فسلجة التدريب والعاب الضرب حول القدرات البدنية الخاصة كرة الطاولة ومن ثم الاختباراتها( اختبار تحمل اداء- سرعة رد الفعل المركب الخاصة –القوة المميزة بالسرعة- الرشاقة). اما الاختبارات الوظيفية ( اختبار ضغط الدم النبض) أما المهارات الدفاعية ( الدفع الامامي بالجانب الامامي-دقة تمرير الامامية-كتمالامامى للمنطقة الامامية)،وقامت الباحثات بإعداد منهج تدريبي وكان فترة منهج التدريبي هي (8) أسابيع، حيث تضمن البرنامج (24) وحدة تدريبية. وعدد الوحدات التدريبية (3) وحدات في الأسبوع وتم إجراء الاختبارات البعدية لمتغيرات البحث وللتحقق من صحة الفروض, استخدمت الباحثات الحقيبة الاحصائية spss.
استنتجت الباحثات: اثر المنهج التدريبي تأثيرا ايجابيا في معظم متغيرات القدرات البدنية و الوظيفية والمهارات الدفاعية الخاصة (اختبار تحمل اداء -سرعة رد الفعل المركب الخاصة –قوة المميزة بالسرعة-الرشاقة)، (ضغط الدم-النبض)، ( الدفع الامامي بالجانب الامامي- دقة تمرير الامامية -كتمالامامى للمنطقة الامامية ).
توصي الباحثات : استخدام المنهج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية القدرات البدنية والوظيفية الخاصة فضلاً عن مستوى الاداء المهارات الدفاعي .
